Life itself can be your best motivator..

Exercising should be viewed as a rewarding experience, not a task that is done just because. It is really important that you find a reason to work out, a motivation to go to the gym and of course a workout routine that complements your lifestyle and your goals. If you find that you are spending more time finding reasons not to exercise than it takes to actually do your workout, it may be time to re-evaluate your routine. This story is going to motivate you to fight for your dreams and to approach your goals.

If some of your excuses are: “I do not have time” ” I have a lot of stuff to so” “I am tired” “I do not like the gym” or any other excuse.

Let me introduce you to Xabi, he is a 24th year old guy from Spain that lives in Washington DC, he is also a blogger and a youtuber that inspires others with his story and also shows everyone’s else stories to proof that we all have something to share and to teach.

My favorite things about Xabi is his courage, his strength and his positivism to always keep going. Xabi was born without his left hand but that is not an excuse for him not to workout. He found different ways to weight lift and to get really fit. (he looks great)

Xabi is the brand Ambassador of VPX Bang Energy, everybody knows him at his local gym and he is pretty active in social media. I had the opportunity to talk to him and also to workout with him and he definitely has a lot of energy and he workout really hard. He has different techniques, great options for different muscles and a lot of amazing ideas.

Xabi is the perfect example of overcoming, Xabi is a motivation for all of us. If you think you have the perfect excuse for not taking care of yourself, I hope after reading this and learning about his story you push yourself a little bit harder. He totally changed my life perspective.
